You must be 18 years of age or older.  There are no exceptions. 

You must be at least 15 years of age.  For those 15 -17, you must be with a parent.   If you are under 18 years old, you can get your ears, nose, eyebrow, lip or belly button pierced.  For other piercings, you must be 18 years of age or older. 

You must have a government issued picture ID and YOU MUST BE SOBER.
